He was an adjunct professor at Sonoma State University and frequently speaks at continuing education seminars on civil discovery, law and motion practice, trial practice and mediation.

$950,000 recovery for motorcyclist who suffered head injuries when he struck defendant's cow on state highway. Case involved extensive analysis of adequacy of defendant's fencing adjacent to state highway, defendant's supervision of his livestock and our client's conduct., 2014
$5,265,000 for motorist injured in cross median crash, caused by flooding on state highway. We showed the drainage facilities at the intersection were inadequate to handle expected water flow that flooding was frequent at the location and proposed solutions to the problem were known but not funded.
