As a Family Law Specialist, I am keenly aware that entering into the family law system can be a stressful and trying time for you and your family, and that your family law issues impact you on a very personal level. The collective goal of my entire office is to support you through what is often a highly stressful experience. As a client, you can expect compassion, empathy, strength, understanding, and support, as well as superior legal knowledge, with clear direction and information about the legal process. You are intimately involved in the decision-making process for your case. I will provide advice on the law and legal strategy, but my office will always hold you and your family as our highest priority. You can rely on our honesty and integrity in this confusing time. I am also knowledgeable about the issues that often confront families, such as alcohol and drug abuse or dependency, child or spousal abuse, and financial constraints and worries, and I am able to provide referrals to additional resources that can provide support. My office utilizes electronic communication extensively so that you are better able to quickly provide me and my staff with information, or to express your concerns, and receive a timely response.
Making the decision to change a situation involving your family, or reacting to a spouse or significant other’s decision to divorce, can be overwhelming. I will first listen to you to find out what is most important to you. I can provide you with information about the law and all options that are available so you can make informed decisions about your future and that of your family. Finding a family lawyer can be challenging when you are confronted with so many urgent decisions to make, but my office is available and ready to help you through it.
Please call my office at (707) 284-9626 to set up an appointment at your convenience. If you are simply exploring your options, you can schedule a consultation so I can provide immediate, short-term advice and information. You may also meet with me for a second opinion on your case, or to retain my office to serve you immediately and fully in your legal action. Appointments are typically made during the weekday, but early evening and weekend appointments are also available.
I look forward to answering your questions and to serving you as you work toward resolving your family’s legal issues.
